I love InLinkz!

I love using InLinkz and I highly recommend it to my fellow challenge-blog owners.  It's so easy to use and very inexpensive to include pics in your linky lists, which I find most people enjoy having the option to do.  They even give you opportunities to earn free extensions on your membership, etc.   It's a great linky tool - check it out here:

Tell them I sent you.  :)   Peace.

Wicked Wednesday #12 - New Year's Celebration!

Hi everyone - are you all recuperated from the Christmas festivities, or what?  Any big plans for New Year's Eve?  My hubby and I always stay in and celebrate quietly, but it's still fun.  We order some yummy take-out food, get a bottle of champagne, make some snacks, and settle in to watch movies.  That's my kind of celebration.  :)

So let's see who Random.org chose as the winner of the Tiddly Inks (last week's sponsor) image, Priscilla:

Congratulations Melissa O.!  Please shoot me an e-mail to JennBorj@yahoo.com with "WW Steampunk Winner" in the subject line and I'll get your digi sent to you ASAP!

Our top 3 this week are:
2.) Joanne
3.) Beverly G.

Now on to the new challenge for this week!  Our new challenge theme is:

New Year's Celebration

This week's generous sponsor is:
And the image we're playing with and providing as a prize to one random participant is
Lollipop Party Girl.

Here is my creation (Jenn) - I cropped her, colored with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits and cut her so that the party hat stood out from the squared image:

Sharon used one of my favorite colors - purple - to showcase the lollipop party girl:

Mary made this colorful creation and even added a fuzzy pom-pom to the party hat:

And Chelsea's delicious polka dot background paper just works so perfectly with that lollipop:

Have fun with the New Year theme - we'll be back Saturday with a reminder post and some more inspiration for you!  Don't forget to check the "Rules" page above before linking up, thank you.  Peace.

Here is my creation (Jenn), I cropped Priscilla, colored her with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits and Prismacolor markers and inked up the edges of the ATC to distress it:
For my next ATC, I used some newsprint DP from 7Gypsies, sprayed it with Log Cabin Smooch Spritz, and then painted Priscilla's hat and gown with the smooch spritz, too.  Metal gear embellishments from Tim Holtz:

Sharon made this gorgeous mixed media ATC - love those colors and her rosy cheeks:

Wicked Wednesday #10 - Christmas or Winter Holiday

Hello friends, it's Wednesday again!  I know how busy this time of year can be, and I wanted to let you all know how very much I appreciate you taking the time to enter our weekly challenge.  For me, ATC's seem to be easier to make - less pressure for "perfection" and less space to fill!  LOL  One thing I do to make it quicker and easier on myself is to cut down scraps of cardstock into ATC-sized pieces, and keep them all in a Ziploc baggie on my craft table.  I also have another bag full of tiny scraps of Designer Paper/Patterned Paper, which work out perfectly for ATC's.  This way, I don't have to waste my precious crafting time cutting cardstock and DP!  :)

On to business!  I let Random.org choose our winner from last week (prize is the adorable Maddie from Saturated Canary) and that winner is:
Congratulations jo! Please shoot me an e-mail to JennBorj@yahoo.com with "WW Winter Fun ATC Winner" in the subject line and I'll send your name and e-mail address along to Krista at Saturated Canary, so she can send your digi image to you!

Our top 3 this week are:

1.) Mary
2.) Joanne
4.)  Tracey W.

Congratulations!  Please send an e-mail to JennBorj@yahoo.com with "WW Winter Fun ATC Top 3" in the subject line, and I'll send you along your Top 3 badge (unless you already have it)!

Now on to the new challenge for this week!  Our new challenge theme is:

Christmas (or Winter Holiday if you don't celebrate Christmas)
This week's sponsor is the fabulous:
Jehanne, owner and illustrator of the Just Some Lines images, very generously gave us 2 images to play with this week, and the winner will get to pick one of these images as the prize for the week:

Christmas Bird

And here's what the DT and myself have created to hopefully inspire you to play along!

My first ATC uses Christmas Bird, colored with Prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits.  Checkered DP is digi paper from Free Digital Scrapbooking.  I used Emerald Smooch Spritz with a paint brush for the tree, and then sprayed the entire thing with Log Cabin and Gold Glow Smooch Spritzes.  I added red pearl stickers and a rub-on sentiment from Stampin' Up!:

My next ATC uses Mistletoe Fairy, this one is a bit simpler.  She's colored with Prismacolor markers, DP is from My Mind's Eye, and I added a button from my stash:

Sharon's Mistletoe Fairy is colored in a beautiful deep red, and I love the texture of the white fluff on her cap and the addition of the cute little fairy wand:

Chelsea's Christmas Bird is a cute little bluebird, I love how she focused on the bird by fussy-cutting him out of the scene :
Come back on Saturday for some additional inspiration from us!  Remember to check the rules and guidelines before submitting and link up your Christmas/Winter Holiday ATC below by next Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. EST.  Thanks again for your continued participation and encouraging comments.  We look forward to hearing from you and seeing your interpretation of our challenges every week.  Peace.

Maddie was provided to us by our awesome sponsor this week:
So Chelsea came up with this pretty creation in purple, my favorite:

And I made a couple more myself - you can read the details on my blog here:

We hope you can find some time to join us this week - one random winner will receive Maddie as their prize!  Link up at the post below or click here.  Have a wicked awesome weekend!  :)  Peace.

Hello ATC lovers!  It's Wednesday again and that means we have another fun ATC challenge for you all!  First things first, though - let's pick a winner for this gorgeous image from last week's sponsor, Michelle Perkett Studio, called Stella the Summer Storyteller.

5.)  Starla

Congratulations!  Please send an e-mail to JennBorj@yahoo.com with "WW Books/Reading ATC Top 3" in the subject line, and I'll send you along your Top 3 badge (unless you already have it)!  (I checked to be sure the winner and top 3 had followed the rules before posting, thank you for doing so.)

Now on to the new challenge for this week!  Our new challenge theme is:

Black and White
Instead of a sponsor this week, I have a little prize package to send along to our random winner - it's a package of 6x6 Designer Series Patterned Paper from Stampin' Up! and a little mini clear rubber "Girl's Night Out" stamp set from Studio g:

So here's some eye candy to hopefully inspire you to play along!

I made my first ATC with a Prickley Pear stamp set that I won for playing along in one of their challenges - I have a "thing" for owls, and I just love the way you stamp the different elements for this one and then piece them together:

This next ATC is really simple - you can see my blog for details:

Sharon used Priscilla's Winter Play Time from CS Designs - and I love the background she created:

Megan used her own Dilly Beans image called Zombie Christmas Elf - I LOVE the way Megan incorporates white into everything to give it dimension and make it pop, like the candy on the hat - it looks all 3D, super cool:

Pauline's beautiful bow with sparkle all over it is just simple and elegant, isn't it?

Doesn't my Design Team rock?  Well, we've got some awesome artists who are submitting every single week faithfully, too, and I hope you're all checking out the fabulous talent and leaving them some comments, letting them know how wonderful they are!  :)  Thank you, ladies, I appreciate your loyalty and I hope you're having fun.  xoxo

OK - you're off - go create a black and white ATC and link it up here!  Remember to check the rules and guidelines before submitting and link up below by next Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. EST.  Can't wait to see what you all come up with for this one.  Peace.
