Congratulations girls - please send an e-mail to JennBorj@yahoo.com with "Wicked Wednesday Top 3" in the subject line and I'll get your badge out to you!

This week we are sponsored by the awesome:

Our theme is:

Celebrate Art!

The DT and I are playing with the image that The Greeting Farm is providing to one random winner this week, Toby the Painter.  Here is my first ATC, I colored Toby with Prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits - I found these art quotes for free at Pennywise Arts:

I cropped Toby for my next ATC - this time I used Gold Glow and Emerald Smooch Spritzes for the background:

Denice's first time joining us as a DT member - she totally rocked it, didn't she?  Love that quote!

Chelsea's ATC is soft and pretty, I love how she stuck with the green and brown color scheme, so pretty:

Mary's ATC embodies the definition of artistic - how much do you love that paint splotched out of the paint tube????

I don't know how Sharon does it - this black and white version of Toby is just too cool - and the colorful background really makes it pop:

I look forward to seeing how you celebrate art in your ATC's this week - please come back Saturday for some more eye candy from the DT!
Peace.

Saturday Reminder!

BRRRR!  Happy cold and windy Saturday!  Hope you're all staying warm and having a nice weekend.  We're back today with a few more St. Patrick's/Luck 'o the Irish ATC's to share with you today.

I used our sponsor's image, JJ March Calendar Girl from Bugaboo, cropped the top of her body and colored with Prismacolor pencils & mineral spirits.  I used a rub-on sentiment on the ribbon:

Sharon used a beautiful digi stamp from Michelle Perkett Studio called Fiona, love that little "good luck" tag she added:

Don't forget - you've got until Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. EST to link up your Irish ATC in the post below for your chance to win your choice of 7 Bugaboo digi stamps!  Come back Wednesday to see the winner, top 3, and our NEW challenge (click the Sneak Peek tab above if you'd like to see the upcoming challenge themes).
 Peace.

Now for our new challenge - our theme for this week is:

St. Patrick's Day/Luck of the Irish

Show us your green, your Irish, your lucky charms, whatever!  Just make sure it's an ATC and it fits our theme and link up below.  Please do check out our rules in the tab above - we do ask that you not link up to more than 5 additional challenges in order to be eligible for our Top 3 and/or to be eligible to win the prize each week.  Thank you for understanding!

Our fabulous sponsor this week is:

Tammy from Bugaboo generously let the DT pick an image to play with - one random winner will receive their choice of 7 free digis from the Bugaboo Digi Shop!  How cool is that?!?  Thank you so much, Tammy!

I decided to play with JJ March Calendar Girl, and I made a little mini March calendar page for my first ATC:

My next ATC is a cropped version of JJ, spritzed with Gold Glow Smooch Spritz:

Chelsea also used JJ and kept it simple by adding the happy st. patrick's day sentiment with a cute little shamrock - love the green beer:

Sharon used Fanny March Calendar Girl and came up with this fabulously multi-colored ATC, love how she only colored spots on the image and left the rest as-is:

Mary used Ruby March Calendar Girl, love that red hair and the quote is too funny:

And.... we were lucky enough to have the oh-so-talented Lori Padberg from the Bugaboo Design Team, join us this week!  She created an ATC using  my favorite March Calendar Girl, JJ, and I love the orange and green color combo:
Thanks for joining us, Lori!!!  :)

Thanks for visiting us - we hope you've been inspired to create something lucky for us this week!  :)  Have a wicked awesome day, friends.  See you back here on Saturday!  Peace.

Saturday Reminder - Quotes/Words

Hello friends - it's Saturday again and that means we have a few more ATC's to share with you and hopefully inspire you to play along with our challenge this week.  Our theme is quotes or words (use a quote or words somewhere on your ATC) and link up with us here!  You've got until Tuesday evening at 7:00 p.m. EST.

I decided to use one of the quotes from TLC, the woman who runs TLC is so very generous, she just amazes me.  She is always offering free sentiments and digi images on her blog, and I'm so thankful - this one was perfect to pair with Winnie the Pooh (I just used Google to find my Pooh image to color):

I also made a couple more - this one uses a digi sentiment from MelJen's Designs, paired with Stampin' Up! cardstock, DP, and buttons:

This ATC was made simply by printing the digi stamp from Beyond the Fringe onto Kraft cardstock and then cutting it slightly smaller than an ATC  - I then dragged it lightly through a black ink pad and added glitter before matting onto a black ATC:

Sharon's beautiful ATC uses digi stamps from CS Designs, perfect for this challenge:

We do hope you'll play along with us - have a wicked awesome weekend!  Peace.

Wicked Wednesday #19 - Quotes and Words

Another week has flown by and here we are again!  I did add a page with the upcoming themes, you can click on it in the tabs above.  I know how life can just get in the way sometimes, so I hope that helps some of you to get a little head-start on your ATC's.

Let's pick our winner from last week, the prize is the fabulous Ruby Ragdoll image from Dilly Beans and our winner is....

Congratulations Rebecca!  Please send me an e-mail at JennBorj@yahoo.com with "WW Winner" in the subject line and I'll get your digi out to you ASAP!

Our top 3 for last week are:

2.) Steph

Congratulations, girls! Please send me an e-mail to JennBorj@yahoo.com with "WW Top 3" in the subject line and I will send you the blog badge for you to display on your blog.  I really want to comment on how impressed I was with Rebecca's entry - she's only 9 years old!  She makes me think of Pablo Picasso's quote "Every child is an artist.  The problem is how to remain one once we grow up."  I hope Rebecca keeps creating and I look forward to seeing more entries from her.  :)

On to this week's challenge - our theme this week is:

Quotes/Words

I'd love to see quotes and words as the focal point of your ATC, but as long as it's got a quote or words on it somewhere, it counts.  Our sponsor this week is:

Michelle will generously provide the winner with the digi image we played along with, "Happy Spring".

My ATC's are bright and cheery, which is how I like to think of Spring (even though quite often it's rainy and not-so-bright...LOL):

Sharon's beautiful Marie Antoinette (also from MPS) is paired perfectly with the sentiment:

Mary combined a cute birdie stamp from Kawaii with the Happy Spring sentiment:

Chelsea used her quote to make an adorable little Easter ATC, love this:

Thanks so much for coming back every week - we love seeing all of your awesome ATC's and I personally love reading your comments to please keep 'em coming.  :)  Have a wicked crafty long weekend!

Owned and illustrated by our very own DT member Megan, Dilly Beans is one of our very generous regular sponsors.  This week she's offering up the digi stamp Ruby Ragdoll to our one random winner - keep reading to see what our DT came up with using Ruby this week!

Here are my 2 versions of Ruby - kind of a sugar and spice combo:

Next up is Sharon's gorgeous blonde Ruby - love the playing card in the background:

Ruby is so much fun to create ATC's with - Chelsea's ATC is all about love:
And Mary grunged Ruby up a bit, giving her hot pink hair and a sweet skull-centered flower hair-piece:

I do hope you'll give it a go this week for your chance to win RUBY RAGDOLL from Dilly Beans - feel free to interpret the theme however you want... love,  hearts (literally? whatever), come play along!  Have a wicked awesome week, friends!

Mermaids

Show us your mermaids - cute, pretty, gothic, vintage, classic, whatever. We want to see it all.  Just make sure it's an ATC and that it's got something to do with mermaids - link up below, and you've got a chance at winning the image the DT played with this week from our sponsor:

And here is what myself and the rest of the team came up with, starting with my blonde mermaid:

And here's my dark-haired beauty, on Tim Holtz Kraft DP and with a cute little skull stamp from The Greeting Farm added on to it:

Mary made twin mermaids into colorful sea friends:

Chelsea's blonde mermaid looks so perfect with those pearls in her hair:

And Sharon's mermaid has the most gorgeous colorful beads along with this fantastic seahorse charm:
