Wicked Wednesday #35 - Let the Music Move You

Happy Wednesday, friends!  So glad you're back for a new week with us.  I don't know about you, but no matter how busy life gets I just always feel better when I find some time to craft.  Let's get right to the winner of last week's Child's Play challenge, sponsored by Dearie Dolls... and our winner is:
Congrats, Joanne!  You get the entire set of images that we played with, 5 in all.  Send me an e-mail at JennBorj@yahoo.com and I'll get your images sent right out to you!

Our top 3 for last week were:

 1.) Mandy
3.) Joanne

Congrats, girls.  Send me an e-mail to JennBorj@yahoo.com if you need the Top 3 badge.  Thanks for being faithful players, we really <3 you!

We're super excited to have a new sponsor this week, the fabulous:

Digi and rubber stamps from KennyK are a fun and edgy way to add the perfect dose of attitude and style to all of your creations!
The creator, the artist, the man: KennyK is a NYC-born professional illustrator who has brought his funky-but-slick, urban-influenced look to the cardmaking and papercrafts world.  His signature style can be seen throughout his various collections of sexy pinup babes, sweet 'n sassy girls, cool rockin' dudes, kid’s stuff, retro characters and more at KennyKDownloads.com

And our new theme this week is:
Let the Music Move You

We have lots of musical inspiration for you today - my first ATC uses the glamorous Rock Chick, colored with Prismacolor markers, pencils, & mineral spirits.  I added freckles to her face and glitter to her guitar.  The sentiment is from Stampin' Up! (digi):

My next ATC uses the beautiful Download Diva - she reminds me of my daughter Cass - along with a graphic I found at Google images, it was a heart shaped out of iPods, too clever, huh?  I colored with Prismacolor markers - used Black Smooch Spritz on my ATC base and added a sentiment from Raindrop Echo Designs:

Denice used the sassy Boogie Down image - and how perfect is that sentiment??  LOL  I love her gold splatter and edges, too:

Chelsea's cropped Download Diva is even more pretty close-up, isn't she?  Those pink polka dots are so gorgeous and Chelsea's coloring is so perfect:

Kim's Boogie Down is also colored perfectly, and the graffiti text rocks.  I also love the touch of gold on her edges:

Sharon turned her Rock Chick into a punk rocker - hee hee - she's the prettiest punk rocker I've ever seen!  And how cool is that background brick wall with more graffiti?

So have you been inspired to put on your favorite tunes and join us this week?  You can interpret the theme however you want - music, specific types of music, specific songs, artists, dances, etc.  Let the music move you and link up below by next Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. EST.  Peace.

  3. Have a question. I know you have a limit of 6 combined challenges and I've adhered to that. My question is when your challenge ends and there is another challenge that my creation fits is it allowed to delete and/or leave your ended challenge and add the new challenge? Please respond here or to my blog with an answer.
