Rules & Guidelines

Here's the boring, but important, stuff that you need to know:

This is an ATC challenge blog - please create and share ONLY ATC's.  Please no back-linking; new creations only.

You may link up with up to NINE other challenges, for a total of 10 challenges (including ours), for a chance to win a prize.  You may enter two (2) times during each weekly challenge.

You must follow the theme.  If it's not clear how you're interpreting the theme, you must explain it in your post.  If not, we reserve the right to remove the entry.

We respect copyright and do not allow the use of images that have been copied without the artist's consent.  We also do not allow images from companies that are known to be stealing/copying other artists work.  I reserve the right to delete any such entries and will notify the submitter/artist why their entry was deleted, assuming that most crafters would not purposely use images from such a company.

We no longer accept entries that are purely digital - we want to keep our challenge true to the spirit of ATC's (which are, by definition, Artist Trading Cards), so we want to see your finished product.  The only digital art we accept are those that have been printed out to ATC size and photographed.  Thank you for understanding!

Please mention Wicked Wednesday ATC Challenge in your post/gallery pic and provide a link back to us at http://wickedwednesdayatc.blogspot.com/

We must be able to read your blog - in English.  We welcome any and all foreign entries, but please ensure that your Translation tool is enabled on your blog before linking up to us.

Entries that do not follow the guidelines will be deleted (in order to be fair to those who do) .

Winners must claim prize within 30 days.

What is an ATC? ATC stands for Artist Trading Card.  They are also called ACEO's (Art Cards: Editions and Originals).  An ATC can be any piece
of art, made with any medium(s), that measures exactly 3.5 x 2.5 inches.  I have seen ATC's made from paper, tiles, glass, fabric, cardboard, and more.  ATC's are not supposed to be sold, but rather traded.  It's my understanding that if you call it an ACEO, it can be sold.

**Please note that for the purposes of this challenge blog, we do allow embellishments and images to overhang the edges of the ATC, as long as the base size is standard 2.5 x 3.5 inches.
